    半自动注液机设备功能原理先容

    设备主要性能:此设备是一款针对圆柱形电池自动注液的设备;设备注液环节须要5-8人操作(此环节不包括整极耳和焊盖帽环节,但做这两个环节的工位全部预留在设备上面,不包括焊接机这些设备,电池从设生产线转出后就直接封口了);由于不套注液杯,因此此设备为分次注液方式,设备将电池所须的电解液分批次注入到电池内部,采用的上注液量递减方式注液;分别是多次注液,抽真空静置N次,直到电解液完全被电池吸取完成整个注液过程.(此设备同适用于先焊盖帽再注液工艺)。由于受设备的工作环境影响,在设计和制作选材方面做到完全的优化,所有的零部件全采用耐腐蚀材料(包括气动元件),机械配件表面全部做耐腐蚀表面处理,加上设备本身无易损件,真正做到后续使用和维护无须材料成本支出。

     

     Main features of the equipment:This equipment is an automatic electrolyte injection equipment for cylindrical batteries. The equipment requires 5 to 8 people to operate (This does not include tab attachment and cap welding process. The equipment does not includedevices like welding machines, but the is room for these processes. Batteries are ready for sealing when leave the equipment). Thanks for the lack of injection cup, the device used multi-injection method, it injects the required amount of electrolyte into the battery in batches. The electrolyte is injected in a descending manner, and batteries are left standing under vacuum during injections. The process is repeated until batteries full absorbed all the electrolyte. Material selection is optimized for the special working environment of the equipment. Corrosion-resistant materials are used for every component (including pneumatic components), corrosion-resistant surface treatment is done for all the mechanical parts. Furthermore, the equipment itself does not have any fragile components. With all these, this equipment does not require any further investment on material during future use and maintenance.
